Is my data really private?
Your audio is transcribed locally on your Mac using Parakeet and never uploaded to any server. AI coaching uses your own API key (OpenRouter) with no middleman or data retention. We never see your conversations.
Does it work with Zoom, Meet, and Teams?
Sussur works with any meeting platform. It captures system audio on your Mac, so it works with Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, phone calls, and any other audio source.
How much will it cost?
Personal: €49 one-time for our first 500 founding members, then €99 standard or €149 Pro. Team plans start at €24/seat/month billed annually, with Growth at €48 and Scale at €96. All team tiers include managed minutes and a 14-day trial.

Sussur is a lightweight macOS app for Apple Silicon Macs (M1 or later). Install takes under 2 minutes. No IT department required.
Will the other person know I'm using it?
No. Sussur runs as a discreet sidebar on your screen. There's no bot joining the call, no recording notification, and no changes to your meeting setup. It's your private coach.
What if I'm not in sales?
Sussur is built for high-stakes sales calls first, deals €5K+ where a single conversation matters. Many users find it useful for adjacent conversations too (investor pitches, key client check-ins, vendor negotiations), but the product is optimized for sales.
What about Windows?
Mac-first because 60%+ of our ICP runs Mac (US/EU SaaS sellers, founder-sellers, agency owners). Windows port is a 6-8 week effort sized for the priced seed at month 13-18. Until then, Windows users sign up to be notified and we'll honor Founding tier pricing when the build ships.
Does it integrate with my calendar?
Yes. Sussur connects to Google Calendar and iCal to detect upcoming meetings automatically. Before each call, it enriches your contacts and surfaces briefing cards so you walk in prepared.
Can it work fully offline?
Speech-to-text runs entirely on your Mac via NVIDIA Parakeet TDT. Fully offline AI coaching via local LLM (Ollama) is on the roadmap. Today, AI coaching uses your own OpenRouter API key with no middleman or data retention.
How much does it cost to run?
Sussur uses your own OpenRouter API key on the personal tier. A typical coaching session costs around $0.0025 per minute (~$0.05-0.15 per call) on a Gemini Flash + Opus 4.7 mix. Built-in cost tracking shows spend per session and per model, with monthly budget alerts.
