Sussur is a privacy-first AI sales coach for macOS, built by founder David Marin. The product gives individual sellers and small teams real-time coaching during high-stakes calls: technique cues, question prompts, and a live 6-signal rapport gauge that updates every 30 seconds. The architecture is on-device: speech-to-text runs locally via NVIDIA Parakeet TDT, transcripts and persona memory stay in SQLite + LanceDB on the user's Mac, and the LLM coaching loop runs through the user's own API key (Personal tier) or a managed Gemini Flash + Opus 4.7 mix (Business tier). Twenty seconds after the call ends, a post-call dossier writes itself with key moments, an emotion timeline, and action items. Sussur is incorporated as SC Basetool Labs SRL (Romania, May 2026) with a Delaware C-Corp flip planned pre-SAFE-close. The product shipped v0.10.25 in three months of solo execution.
