Is my team's data really private?
Meeting audio is transcribed locally on each rep's Mac and never uploaded to Sussur. Hosted coaching requests use Sussur-managed OpenRouter access with per-account limits; we do not store meeting conversations. Enterprise can route the model through its own on-prem endpoint.
Does it work with Zoom, Meet, and Teams?
Sussur works with any meeting platform. It captures system audio on the Mac, so it works with Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, phone calls, and any other audio source.
How much does it cost?
Per seat, per month: Team €29 (€23 billed annually) and Business €59 (€47 annual), with Enterprise on request. Every plan includes pooled coached minutes and a 14-day trial with no card. EUR and USD are at parity.

Minutes pool across your whole team, so heavy and light users balance out. Nothing hard-stops mid-meeting; an admin gets a heads-up at 80%. Need more? Buy a 500-minute pack for €/$25, applied to the pool — plain minutes, no credits to decode.

No. Sussur runs as a discreet sidebar on your screen. There's no bot joining the call, no recording notification, and no changes to your meeting setup. It's your team's private coach.
Is there a trial?
Yes: every verified account starts on a capped free plan and can begin a 14-day trial. Hosted inference is funded by Sussur and limited per account. The trial and paid subscription are projected from Stripe webhooks; the exact end-of-trial behavior is shown at Checkout.

Sussur is built for high-stakes sales calls first, deals €5K+ where a single conversation matters. Many users find it useful for adjacent conversations too (investor pitches, key client check-ins, vendor negotiations), but the product is optimized for sales.
What about Windows?
Mac-first because 60%+ of our ICP runs Mac (US/EU SaaS sellers, founder-sellers, agency owners). Windows port is a 6-8 week effort sized for the priced seed at month 13-18. Until then, Windows users sign up to be notified and we'll honor Founding tier pricing when the build ships.
Does it integrate with my calendar?
Yes. Sussur connects to Google Calendar and iCal to detect upcoming meetings automatically. Before each call, it enriches your contacts and surfaces briefing cards so you walk in prepared.
Can it work fully offline?
Speech-to-text runs entirely on your Mac via NVIDIA Parakeet TDT. Hosted AI coaching uses Sussur-managed OpenRouter access. Fully offline AI coaching via a local LLM is a separate roadmap capability.
How much does it cost to run?
Sussur funds hosted inference on every tier and enforces a per-account budget. The account page shows provider-observed usage and the app keeps meeting data and local reports on your Mac.
