14 days, 60 coached minutes, no credit card. You get the full Business product end-to-end. When the trial ends, your app reverts to the Founding tier. You keep it forever with your own LLM key, no managed minutes, no time limit. Upgrading to a paid team plan is opt-in.
Coached minutes are minutes of an active conversation where Sussur is listening and coaching. Idle time, prep, replay, and meetings where Sussur is off don't count. As a rule of thumb, a typical AE clocks 1,200-1,500 coached minutes a month.
Overage is billed at €0.03 per coached minute, with a soft cap at roughly 2× your included allocation and a usage warning at 80%. We'll suggest a tier upgrade if you're consistently over, most teams save money by moving up rather than paying overage.
Every Business tier includes one free manager observer seat for every 5 paid coached seats. Observers can review team transcripts, dashboards, and call scoring, but don't get the live coaching overlay and don't consume coached minutes.
On the Scale tier. You connect your own Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Ollama endpoint and Sussur routes the model traffic through it. Same product, same minute allocations, same per-seat price: the value is sovereignty, not savings.
Founding gets lifetime updates at €49: we can sustain that for the people who back us early, not for everyone forever. After 500, Personal becomes the entry point at €99 with one year of updates included.
Yes. Personal customers can join a Business team at any time and get a credit equivalent to their original purchase against their first year. Business teams can also let individual members keep using Personal alongside their team coverage.
Both. EUR and USD are at parity (€49 = $49) for now. Prices are VAT-exclusive: Paddle handles EU VAT collection and remittance on top of the listed price based on your billing country.
30-day no-questions refund on monthly billing and one-time purchases. Annual plans are pro-rated within the first 30 days. After 30 days, annual is non-refundable but seat counts can churn without penalty.
