Senior ML engineer · real-time inference
Own the on-device inference stack. Speech-to-text latency, prompt routing, evaluation harness, dedicated inference routing on the roadmap. You've shipped low-latency audio + LLM systems before; you'd rather optimize a Parakeet hot path than read another roadmap deck.

GTM lead · community-led growth
Own paid social + creator affiliate + niche newsletter sponsorships + Product Hunt + LinkedIn for sales orgs. You've grown a B2B SaaS product from $0 to $500K ARR through founder-led content + community. You like sales-team audiences more than VPs of Marketing.

Founding designer
Own the visual system. Cathedral pages, illustration system, in-app coaching UX, onboarding moments. You've designed at one cathedral-grade brand (Stripe / Notion / Linear / Granola) and prefer few decisions made well to many decisions made cheap.

Sussur whispers in your left ear during high-stakes sales calls. Real-time technique cues, a six-signal rapport gauge, an evolving persona library. Audio never leaves your Mac. We are the only architecture that survives the regulated-vertical question “where does my audio go?”
How we work
- Cadence
- Ship daily. 355+ commits, 483+ test files in three months solo. Bias toward small reversible decisions.
- Location
- Remote-first. Founder is in Constanța, Romania. Quarterly in-person, location rotates.
- Compensation
- Standard 4-year vesting with 1-year cliff, monthly vesting thereafter. 10% option pool created at the Delaware C-Corp flip.
- Stack
- Electron + React + TypeScript on the desktop. Parakeet TDT for on-device STT. OpenRouter for multi-LLM. LanceDB + SQLite locally. Next.js 16 + Tailwind v4 on the marketing site.
