Coach in public · Dogfood signal
We use it on our own deals. We publish what happened.
The strongest possible signal that an AI coach works is the team building it using it, and showing the receipts. Weekly, anonymized, structured. First entry within 30 days of public availability.
Status · First entry pending public launch
Sussur ships publicly for macOS today. The first Coach-in-Public entry follows within 30 days of the first cohort of coached calls. Follow along via the RSS feed and you'll see the first post the day it lands.
The commitment
One entry per week. Same format. No cherry-picking.
- Cadence
- One entry per week. Same day. Published whether the call went well or badly, especially when it went badly.
- Anonymization
- Buyer names + companies redacted by default. We name the role and the industry. The coaching cues + rapport time series + dossier are published in full.
- Format
- Per entry: 60-second call summary, the three highest-impact Sussur cues that fired (with timestamps), the rapport gauge time-series, the post-call dossier. Source data screenshots from Sussur itself.
- First entry
- Lands within 30 days of Sussur public availability. Until then this page exists as a commitment.
Sample entry · what to expect
Anatomy of a published session.
01 · The call
Three sentences: who was in the room, what the buyer wanted, what we wanted.
02 · Three cues that fired
Timestamps, the exact Sussur cue, whether the human acted on it, what happened next.
03 · The rapport gauge
Six-signal time-series screenshot from Sussur. Inflection points circled.
04 · The dossier
The 20-second post-call summary. Same dossier the Sussur user gets, unredacted except for the buyer name.
05 · What we changed
If the cue was wrong, what did we change in the prompt stack? If the rapport gauge missed a moment, what new signal are we adding?
The format may evolve. The cadence will not.
