Sussur's Settings page is searchable and covers everything from AI models to capture quality. Here's the lay of the land.

AI provider & models#

• Choose OpenRouter (your key) or Ollama (local) — see Connect AI.
• Pick which model handles coaching vs. report writing.

Coaching behavior#

• Tune how often suggestions appear and how strict the quality filter is.
• Turn audio coaching on or off and choose which ear it speaks into.

Privacy controls#

• Hide the coaching overlay from screen-sharing tools.
• Turn off anonymous usage analytics.
• Control whether recordings and screen captures are kept, and for how long.

Recommended profiles#

If you're not sure where to start, pick a posture:

• Privacy-focused — local AI, minimal retention.
• Performance-focused — lighter capture for older Macs.
• Quality-focused — best models and richest context.
