Sign in
Coaching is included with your account — sign in with your email in the app; there is no API key to get and nothing to configure.

Sussur does the listening on your Mac. The coaching itself is generated by AI models Sussur runs for your account — all you need is to be signed in.
Email in, code back
On first launch the app asks for your email and sends a six-digit code. Type it in and you are signed in — that is the whole setup. There is no password, no API key to obtain, and nothing to configure.
Your session is stored in the macOS Keychain on your machine. Signing out removes it; signing back in on any Mac restores your account.

Free to start. Every account includes 150 coaching credits a month, and new accounts begin with a 14-day Pro trial — 450 credits, no card. A typical 30-minute coached call uses about 20 credits. See your balance any time in Settings → Account.
What actually leaves your Mac
Worth being precise about, because it is the one network hop in the product:
- Audio and video never leave the device. Capture and speech-to-text run locally.
- Transcript text does leave — to the AI models Sussur runs for your account — to generate each coaching suggestion and the post-call report.
- Nothing else does. Recordings, notes, contacts and reports live in local storage on your Mac; Sussur keeps no server-side copy of your transcripts.
If the code email does not arrive within a minute, check spam and try "Resend". Corporate mail filters occasionally hold first-time senders — the personal-address route is the quickest workaround.
