Audio & coaching#

• No one's audio is captured — you see your words in the transcript but not the other person's.
• No coaching is showing up — the session runs but no cards appear.

Install & launch#

• Sussur won't open on first launch — right-click the app → Open, or approve it in System Settings → Privacy & Security. Full steps on Download & install.
• "Sussur is damaged" — the download was interrupted; delete and re-download from the download page.

Setup#

• OpenRouter key rejected — re-copy the key (no spaces), confirm your account has credit, and use Test connection in Settings. See Connect AI.
• Speech model download stuck — make sure you have ~640 MB free and a stable connection, then retry the download.
