What a contact holds#

A contact record keeps structured notes, history, and a maturity level that grows from a first-met stub to a trusted relationship across six stages. After each call, Sussur writes relationship notes back to the profile automatically.

• Sussur spots likely duplicates with fuzzy matching and lets you merge them.
