How cards appear#

As you talk, Sussur surfaces coaching cards in a small, always-on-top overlay — a question to ask, an objection to address, an assumption to check. Accept a card to act on it, or dismiss it. Suggestions are grounded in your knowledge base, so they reflect your playbooks, not generic tips.

What triggers a suggestion#

Sussur listens for moments that matter — a pricing question, a decision point, a disagreement, a shift in tone, a change in scope. It anticipates your turn and prepares a suggestion so it's there almost the instant you need it.
