Out of the box, coaching draws on established frameworks for persuasion and negotiation — including Cialdini's principles of influence and techniques from Never Split the Difference — plus rapport-building patterns.

Bring your own playbooks#

Add your own material — sales scripts, objection handling, positioning notes — as .md, .txt, or .pdf files. Point Sussur at a folder and it re-indexes automatically when the contents change, so your playbook stays current without manual steps.

How it shows up#

When coaching fires during a call, the suggestions are pulled from this knowledge — so a card might reflect your discount policy or your competitive talking points, not a textbook.
