Set a goal
Tell Sussur what you want out of the call (close the renewal, qualify the lead, repair the relationship). The goal shapes the coaching during the call and the goal assessment afterward.
Add prep documents
Drop in a proposal, a deck, or notes (PDF, DOCX, PPTX, or TXT). Sussur reads them as session-scoped knowledge so coaching can reference your specifics, not just generic advice.
Read the game plan
Sussur generates a short, three-point game plan and surfaces an objection library from past calls so you walk in ready for the pushback you're likely to get.
Know who you're meeting
If you've connected your calendar, attendees are matched to your contacts automatically, and Sussur suggests profile enrichments you can accept or reject.
